Host a Taboo Tabou
Private Party!
Taboo Tabou is excited to offer private in store or at home Toy Parties. Who doesn't like to talk about sex? From how things work to what feels good.
Both men and women can benefit by either attending or hosting a party. We hope by incorporating education into a fun party environment, people will leave with a better understanding of their needs and find the courage to speak and explore freely with their partners.
Our in store or at home toy parties give you the opportunity to shop privately and gain knowledge needed to enjoy your purchase. To escape from the ordinary, book a party for an evening full of laughter and entertainment.

Private Party Fees and Regulations
Toy Parties – There is a booking fee of $50* for an in-store party, $75* for an in-home party that must be paid in order for us to hold the date of your party for you. This fee will be counted toward your event if you reach $400 or more in collective sales. If you do not reach the minimum, the class costs $150 for in-store and $200 for in-home. There must be a minimum of 8 people, and no more than 20 at our parties.
*Tip – To reach the party spending minimum, it is great to encourage your guests to purchase gifts for the guest of honor (birthdays and bachelorette) during your event! Buying gift certificates also counts!
*An Instructor will wait up to 20 minutes if your party is not on time. One or more people must be present by this time. It will be at the discretion of the instructor if she wants to wait after this and can charge a late fee of $20 per 15 minutes or cancel the booking.
Parking – You are responsible for finding parking at our in store events, and those hosting an off-site event are responsible for the parking for the Taboo party instructor.
Food and Beverages – You are welcome to bring liquor, beer and white wine/champagne, but please NO red wine into our store as it stains! Also, no messy sauces like marinara please!
Alcohol Policy:
Due to how much fun you’ll be having at our parties, we’ll need you to sign a form before the event starts stating that everyone consuming alcohol is 21 or over, that we have the right to excuse any out of
hand drinkers, persons that exit the building with open alcohol or other related tipsiness issues - at the discretion of the Party Instructor
Cancellations
*If booked within 2 or more weeks ahead of your party date – you have one (1) week to cancel without penalty from the day you book with us. After this your booking fee will not be waived if you cancel. If you cancel the day before or day of, you must pay the full price of the party.
*If booked last minute, 1 week or less before your party date, there is no grace period and your booking fee will not be refunded. If you cancel the day before or day of, you must pay the full price of the party.
*Payment of deposit indicates acknowledgement of all Taboo Parties Fees and Rules.
